För dig som ska studera spanska i Mar del Plata finns det en hel del aktiviteter att välja på vid sidan av studierna. Aktivteterna behöver inte bokas på förhand. Välj bland följande aktiviteter:

Sailing

Location: CLUB NÁUTICO MAR DEL PLATA
Pier “C” - Mar del Plata Port

- Initiation Course
Theoretical – practical classes, 4 to 6 outings, 3 hours each. Includes: instruction, boat, safety equipment, Club Náutico Mar del Plata pass. Tuesdays through Sundays.
Cost: USD 150 per person.

- Recreational Outing
Cruise by sail boat along the coast of Mar del Plata. Includes: Club Naútico Mar del Plata pass. Approx duration of cruise: 3 hours. Tuesdays to Sundays.
Without instruction.
Cost: USD 40 per person.

Tango, Folklore and Salsa

Location: “LA RADA”
Address: Jujuy 1673 (between San Martín and Luro)

La Rada in Mar del Plata - synonym to culture. It is a cultural center where different artistic activities are developed; such as painting, photography, literature and dance (tango – folk – salsa). This multi-space is cozy and divided into two sectors for smokers and non smokers, with some tables and where an exhibition of diverse photographs and paintings can be appreciated; a friendly atmosphere, warm and inviting. Perfect for meeting people with the same interests.

Climbing (Group: Patricio – Club Náutico)

1 -  TREKKING  ALONG THE BEACH, DUNES AND FORESTS

Duration: 8 hs.
Difficulty: medium - low

Location: Miramar (situated 48 km from the city of Mar del Plata)

Activity: Trekking along the beach, passing through dunes and forests. Along the route a stop will be made in the famous forest, ending up in the nursery where they will be waiting for us with an asado “typical BBQ”

Cost: USD 47 – includes guide, asado and drinks – (transport not included)

2 - TREKKING THROUGH LAS SIERRAS OF MAR DEL PLATA

Duration: 4 hs.

Difficulty: medium - low

Location: Sierra de los Difuntos (located 28 km from the city of Mar del Plata)

Activity: Ascent through the hills; enjoying the sights of the area.

Cost: USD 35 (transport not included)

3 - TREKKING THROUGH THE  LAGOON

Duration: 4 hs.

Difficulty: medium - low

Location: Laguna de los Padres (situated 22 km from the city of Mar del Plata)

Activity: Get to know one of the most important reservoirs of the region – boat tour through the migratory bird reserve.

Cost: USD 40 – includes: Guide, boat trip and camp snack.

Note: Depending on the interests of the group, other activities may be done.

1 – TREKKING IN THE SIERRAS

Go through forests, caves, gorges and streams.

The excursion includes:
• Leader and Guide
• First aid kit
• Communication: Cellular telephone // Hand held transceiver for communication between guides
• Activity insurance
• Talk on the Flora, Fauna and geography

Note: Groups greater than 20 persons have a photography service included and with a CD for each coordinator and 2 more for the group to copy.

Not included: Transport to the site (depending on the quantity of participants, a Van costs between $350 a $450 pesos). Food: This should be a picnic style lunch to be eaten during the activity. This can be included for an extra cost of USD 15.00 per lunch.

Cost: USD 40 (for groups larger than 35 persons there is a discount of 20%)

2 – TREKKING IN THE SIERRA – ROCK CLIMBING AND RAPPEL

Trek through the Acacia and Eucalyptus forests and see the indigenous plants of the area.

The excursion includes:

• First aid kit
• Communication: Cellular telephone // Hand held transceiver for communication between guides
• Activity insurance

Not included: Transport to the site (depending on the quantity of participants, a Van costs between $350 a $450 pesos). Food: This should be a picnic style lunch to be eaten during the activity

3 – CANOEING – WALK AND PHOTOGRAPHY SAFARI (LAGUNA DE LOS PADRES RESERVE)

Navigating through the typical reeds of the local ecosystem, through the rowing course, arriving to the “EL CURRAL” Bird Nature Reserve.
